This spontaneous exhibit will be unlike anything you have ever witnessed! You will be able to view the creation of the entire body of work live on the spot. Ryan will be engulfing the gallery walls with used billboard tarps and will repurpose them as enormous canvases. You can purchase your favorite sections by the square foot of your choosing which will be dissected and finished on stretcher bars after the show.
You too can also join in the abstract screen printing action and commission the Miami based artist to customize your clothing while you wear it. Wheelbarrow will be performing his LIVE FASHION VANDALISM during the opening and the closing receptions. Custom garment reservations will start at $20 per color with a maximum of 3 colors. Your clothing makes great canvas!
The live painting will begin promptly at Noon on Thursday, April 24 with an opening reception at 7pm and will go until 11pm. Rise Up Gallery will be open for viewing on Friday and Saturday from 12-7pm. Then Wheelbarrow will close ILLEGIBLE with a final screen printing session on Sunday, April 27 from 4-7pm. This unique art show will be on display during the same weekend as the Wynwood Life art festival.
